Anyone know if the new D is built on a step down frame like the original or is it unibody like so many of the new small suv's?They are suppose to be safer but I noticed they all did terrible on the front and side impact tests.
Oh, and when I bought my '98 new the dealer pointed out that it was essentially a Dakota front and a Caravan rear so the observations of the '04 are right on.I agree with the post that says it looks like an overgrown Liberty.Who knows when they show up on the road we might love them.
