Great story Adam. We just bought a Coleman Cottonwood (1650 lbs dry weight) for our trip - didn't want to tug the 6000 lb cinder block around. I've only got a Fastman TB and QuickD intake on my 5.9/3.92, so I'll probably stress a little more than you, but reading that the D handled the mtns with ease is a good sign for us.
We'll be in the Seattle area in the neighborhood of Sept 8-10. Once we get on the road and work out the kinks, we'll have a better feel for dates. Steve, the 9th or 10th should be a good bet for a get-together. We'll be heading down to Portland on the 11th. I'll have a lap-top and will e-mail from the road.
Any recommendation on a convenient campground in the neighboring Seattle area?Joe
