I had to replace one of mine due to the same situation. It was under full warranty at the time so not an issue. If it happens again, I'll spring for an aftermarket like the Angel Eyes or the PIAA 510's.

As Glenn said, these aftermarket lights are in many cases glass not plastic and the lenses are replaceable without replacing the entire assembly.
