I agree that this seems to be caused more by heat. I've had 2 sets replaced under warranty. Each time they looked like cheap plastic patio cups that had been run through the dishwasher a few times. Me thinks that CHEAP is the operative word here. I wonder if DC figured they could scrimp on the lense covers when they went to a lower wattage fog light bulb?
