The rotor is easy.
The cap is a pain. because there isn't (IMHO) enough room back there for both the old and the new cap and all the wires.. I usually (um, well, twice) do the wires and the cap at the same time, working on one side putting half the new wires on the new cap and then extracting the old cap out with only half the old wires on it.
I'm sure the dealer will do it - for a price - and maybe with not the optimal parts (particularly wires). A good mechanic that you trust can certainly handle it. I don't know that I'd go to a random mechanic at a random chain garage, though..
Or maybe an installfest at a DOC meet-and-greet.. 8-)
