mileage - 16 mpg

I've drove last weekend 800 miles, and my average mpg with constant uphill and downhill is 16 mpg. I have 4.7 3.55 ratio, 70-80 mph speed, with AMSOIL Air filter and Magnaflow muffler.First time to really drive this far. Any comments on the mileage. How can I still boost my mileage.
