I wouldn't suggest trying to mail order these. Go to a local 4X4 shop or any Rancho dealer and they will probably honor it. I ran into a similar problem about a year ago with Jegs. They were the only place in my area that could get them in a reasonable amount of time (next day, since I live in their home town of Columbus, OH and have 4 stores there)and they didn't even know about the sale. It took about 4 more days of red tape (going through 2 levels of management and Jegs working it out with Rancho)but they did honor it and just ended up taking about $12 off of each shock for the RSX, so it equaled out.
