:-) YOu beat me to it. Had plans to test drive one this weekend but, had some rainy and snowy conditions in Maryland this weekend, so I held off. I will see if the dealer still has it on the lot, would love to open that baby up, dealers love it when you peel the tires right :-) .

I heard about the no power windows in the back seat, it is apparently a Neon "feature" it's that way on alot of other Neons not only the SRT-4. Its one way to cut cost :-)
