According to the folks I purchased mine from last summer, Rancho makes it an administrative nightmare to participate. They need to be sure that dealers aren't ordering supplies to stockpile at low cost and resell higher, therefore there is lots of red tape involved.Some suppliers may choose not to participate on that basis.
