Great Customer Service: Magnaflow Group Buy– 3” Return for 2 ½

Scott Manthey, of www.trucktrenz.com, is a great to deal with. To make a long story short: After several email volleys between Scott & myself on the subject of the wrong product shipped by a simple typo on the invoice.

This coming weekend two people near Scott are installing the 12276 muffler and he’s offered to double check the outside noise levels.

And if the 2 ½ muffler is quieter, he will provide a return shipping number for returning the 3” muffler, while he ships me the PN 12276 muffler.

Or he has offered a 12 dollar credit towards a future purchase, if I keep this one.

And kind part of this: asked if Fastman would be interested in this one the 3” magnaflow muffler.

Thanks Adam! - New edited part number for the 2 1/2:
PN 12276 5x8x24 which is 2.5" center-in/center-out muffler.
PN 12579 5x11x22 which is a 3" center-in/center-out muffler. (this is the one MF reccommends for the D)
