Sorry I didn't see your earlier post. Does the squeaking rate change with the wheel speed? I have experienced something like this with my 99D because the wheel and center cap creak up against the lug nuts.
When I install the wheel, I try to put a light film of greast in the holes of the center cap. I also put a really light coat of Anti-Seize on the wheel where the lug not contacts the wheel. This is a steel lug nut up against an aluminum wheel.
When I tighten the lug nuts. I try to gently hand snug all of the lug nuts to insure the wheel and center cap are centered with all the lug nuts. Then I will tighten each lug nut in stages to insure the cap stays centered.
Once again, I'm not sure if this is your situation but if it is, it should help.
