ABS Running?

My Durango's ABS recently started running and hasn't stopped. It continues to run when my D is running and when off. It doesn't effect my braking but I think it will burn out my ABS pump. I pulled the ABS circuit breaker to disconnect it, it doesn't run any more but that doesn't solve the problem. Is it because of a seal leak in the master piston, should I replace the master piston? Or do I have to replace ABS pump or module? Could someone please inform me and guide me to the solution. Thanks.
