Someone else had a problem similar to this in the last month or two. I don't remember what they did to fix it. I looked up some info for him in my Factory Service Manual (FSM) and as I recall it had to do with the brake fluid being low (real low) but it takes an OBDII reader to be able to bleed the brakes properly according to the FSM. A little late right now, but if you are still having the problem tomorrow evening, email me and I will send what info is available in the FSM.
