1) a higher color temperature is probably a negative in anything other than clear weather.

2) pattern is far (*FAR*) more important than output, both for you and for oncoming drivers. now that I'm doing more commuting in darkenss, I have to admit that even some of the factory HID headlamps are darned annoying..

3) I asked the inspector when I had my D in for state inspection in december; he said he'd immediately slam a rejection sticker on the windshield (this is in MA).
