New Durango Owner (Fluid Questions)

Hey everyone. I just bought a 99 Durango SLT with every option including the 5.9 litre V8. Has skidplates, Infinity Sound, everything. My first mods so far were 5% tint all the way around, and a top of the line Autopage alarm with remote start. I am a big builder of VTEC Hondas, and this is my first SUV, and so far I am loving it.

Here is my question. the Durango has 60k miles on it. I want to swap out all the fluids. I know I want to do the trans (filter and screen too), Xfer case, front and rear pumpkins, and flush and fill the coolant system as well. My question is, am I missing anything, and what is the best stuff to put in, and what do I put in each one? Im gonna use normal antifreeze and water and add a botle of water wetter to the cooling system, but don't know what to use in everything else. Also what quantities should I buy? Also is it safe to switch over to synthetic for the motor? I heard it is bad to run regular oil then switch, I always ran Mobil 1 in my Hondas. My buddy is a tech at Toyota and he will be doing all the work there.
