It goes back to knowing what you want and need to have done before doing it. Don't trust anyone working on your D (except of course Glenn) and always double check the invoice for the correct fluids and items that you had asked for. I also double check the fluid levels when I get home just to make sure.

If you want something done right do it yourself, well, quite frankly most of us don't have the time or expertise to do it. Ask questions, get good answers and don't assume that everyone working at a dealer or car lube place is the expert (even though they say they are.)

An informed consumer is the wiser one.
