Flowmaster is a two chambered muffler and is not the most "free flowing" one out there. If you check their web site you'll notice that there's nothing inside the muffler but metal baffles. I doubt anything can go wrong with it over time unless there's a manufactures defect upfront. I have the 50 Delta Series anyway cause I like the sound...
