I am in the process of installing it in my 99 D. I think I went a little overboard, because I am now at 2 bulk pak's and counting... However, I am not even done yet and it has already made a huge difference in the ammount of road noise, and sound clarity from the stereo. I paid $132ea + shipping from http://www.audio-etcetera.com/ I am doing almost 100% coverage, including the Roof, doors, lift gate, floors and pillars. It should take one more bulk pak to complete, maybe a bit more. I'll post pics when I get done.Casey
