Fog lights out, just replaced!

Along with my other problem i noticed my fog lights are not working now, as of last night? They have worked for 87k miles and i replaced them both about 3 weeks ago when one burt out, but now neither of them works. I have not pulled the bulbs yet, but i have a feeling they will be fine. For those who have had similar issues what was the problem and fix. What is the easiest way to find the issue? My guess it just use a test light to see if there is even power at the lights to even start. Just trying to get a jump incase it is something more!thanks again!
