First, welcome to the DOC. You'll find a wealth of info here and generally friendly help.
You might want to flush out your brake lines - bleed and re-fill - but don't let master cylinder empty or you'll get air in the system.
Also, if you have limited slip, you'll want to add some of the anti-slip additive to the rear diff.
There are some folks who believe changing over to synthetic at high mileage can lead to leaks - synthetics don't swell the seals as much, so they could lose their sealing ability. Maybe some of the folks who have switched to Mobil 1 can comment. I switched to synthetic/dino blend at 30K and haven't seen any issues through 37K.  
Overall, sounds like a good plan.  Nothing like normal maintenance to keep your D in tip-top condition.
