I only let my dealer touch the transmission. Not worth going through the hassle you had. Glad it worked out OK.
How did they do the flush/replacement? If all they did was drop the pan, you replaced about 1/2 of the tranny fluid each time.
I've been usin gmy local Jiffy Lube for oil changes the last 3 times. I watch them add the oil - it's from bottles as I'm using semi-synthetic. No other way would I let them work on my D.
