it probably doesn't do a lot of damage.. I think the most vulnerable part is the converter clutch.. so I'd just get it all flushed out and not worry about it unless you have lousy shifts or a slipping converter clutch..

for the 45RFE/545RFE trannies (4.7L), I'd be a lot more worried..
