Loren, I must agree with you in that I should not assume that due to one bad experience all Jiffy Lubes are bad. To be honest I wrote that when I was still mad at them but after thinking about it they did flush the whole system for me and replaced all the fluid in the transfer case. At this point the tranny appears to be fine so all in all everything turned out good. BTW they did hook it up to a machine and they had to run the D as they flushed out all the fluid. Jeff B.
