Snow chains on front tires

Does anybody use snow chains with the 265/70R16's? I am concerned about wheel well damage on the front during max articulation while turning the front wheels to the extreme. I have considered buying the low profile Class "S" Diamond Quick fit chains from www.tirechain.com. Any help would be appreciated.
