BTW the correct PCM Part Number for a 99 5.2L D is P5007113 or P5007114 if your are in California. This number is found on the front of the module below the plugs.

Additionally, if the unit is used and has already been flashed this will satisfy the system since the PCM just needs a VIN Number not necessarily your VIN Number, at the same time once a VIN Number has been entered into the PCM it cannot be overwritten or changed.
