I was having a problem with the truck bouncing all over the road...hit a bump at speed in a curve and you're in the next lane!... I had the Monroe sensatrac's installed at Sears about 12k miles ago...the ride is firmer, however I can control the truck much better...no tire hop, no bouncing into the next lane, ABS reacts better on washboard roads...tires stay on the road much better.
There maybe better shocks out there for the D, depends on your driving habits and if you off road etc, but for my money since I stay on the road, I'd go with the Sensatracs.
