and they are whiter (not blue), and slightly brighter. But, man, what a pain getting those headlamp assemblies out! I had to fashion an alignment post "coaxer" (used an old, short broom handle) and had to remove the airbox to use the coaxer on the right side. Since when did Dodge (pre-DC) start using metric? It's a good thing I have a 10mm socket and open/box-end wrench! I am also glad there's a $10 rebate per pair!

So where can I obtain whiter foglamp bulbs? Sylvania does not make any, at least, not under the SilverStar label.
