You probably don't want to drive a lot with it in this condition, but I think the PCM will limp with some defaults to keep really bad things from happening. You can drive it in for repair, just keep an eye on your tach to make sure you're not stuck in first gear or something.If you're under warranty, I'd imagine the dealer should fix it for you with no problems.
