Aha, that second pix explains things somewhat.

Notice it shows TRW right above Federal Mogul Chassis Parts.  Well, TRW is the "European" brand name used by Federal Mogul for their chassis parts.  That means what you got is in fact the same as a Moog ball joint!  I just have to wonder why their "European" branded ball joints would be cheaper that their US branded ones (that's the only reason I can think of a US parts store would stock the TRW brand but have to special order the Moog brand)

As for replacing them, 1.5 hrs or less for all 4 joints if you've got the proper tools and prior experience.  If you've never done it before, you should probably figure on taking at least twice as long.  Remember you'll also need to have a front wheel alignment done afterward, so plan accordingly as driving around with misaligned wheels can eat up your tire tread real quick!
