Actually I have only turned my torsion bars up 4 turns (about 1 inch). In the rear I have the shackles but I have the springs mounted in the higher holes meaning that the lift is not as high as it could be. I really didn't hit anywhere, I just took it slow and easy. The locker helps though, but if you go with a group that's what towstraps are for. Actually on this trail if one tire starts to spin because of a loss in traction. You can back up just a few inches and throw a few rocks in the spot of the spinning tire so when you drive back up on it. It has more wieght on it. Then it gets better traction and doesn't spin. I've had to do this on numerous occasions, it works.
See ya on the trail,
Happy Wheeling,
James
