IIRC Clockwise from OFF
MAX - Vents only - A/C on. Internal Recirc to panel vents
A/C - Vents only - A/C on. Outside Air to panel vents
A/C - Vent/Feet - A/C on. Outside air. Flow to panel vents and floor level
- Vent - A/C off. Outside air to panel vents only
- Heater - A/C off. Outside air to Floor only.
A/C - Floor/Defrost - A/C on. Outside air to defroster and floor level
A/C - Defrost - A/C on. Outside air to defroster only.

Unfortunately the little snowflake isn't in every A/C position.
