Randy, you would want to be careful not to bend the axle flange doing it that way. The absolute safest way would be to pull the axle, it is just like a c-clip chevy, and get it pressed out and replaced that way. Once the axle is out you could knock the stud out yourself and replace the stud yourself, be careful.
