You bet they can. I took mine out at around 12K and the fronts were so soft I could quickly compress them by hand! What chance did they have to control a truck the size of a Durango if they couldn't resist hand pressure!?!?!

The backs were not much better.

I went with 4 Edlebrock IAS shocks and I was amazed at the difference. It made the D feel like a truck costing $10K more.

The swap was easy. I did it in my driveway with just a floor jack and some basic hand tools.
