Usually I would agree, but in this case it seems a mute point. If you are driving with your high beams and fogs, then it is assumed that there is no other traffic with which to cause a hazard for. I have not checked my states laws, but will check with one of the local motor cops when they stop into the station for coffee. I have been running mine like this for almost a year with no problems whatsoever. On another note, I am in the process of creating instructions complete with pictures for 2001+ model years. Should have them done by this p.m. for E-mail to anybody that wants them.
