I talked to Brandy today about the scoops, and I ordered mine closed for now. She told me I could open them later if I wanted (air box). The closed hoods come with a fiber carbon sticker for the inside of the scoops. As for the shipping, I live in Richmond Hill, Ontario (close to Toronto) and she quoted me $150 US. Tino
