Oil Pressure

I am the recent owner of a 99 Durango SLT with a 5.2L engine. Can some of the other owners out there tell me what your oil pressure gauge reads at freeway speeds (65-70mph). My gauge seems to be reading high, needle points about 2/3 of the way between 40 and high pressure line, but never exceeds the high pressure limit. I am looking for verification that this pressure is acceptable or if it is inconsistant with other people's experience.
