Cat Back on 4.7

For those who have put a Cat-Back system on their 4.7's, can you tell me what you did? I have heard that Flowmaster Series 40's and Series 50's are the way to go. Some tell me with a 3" tail pipe for the full cat back, some say that stock tailpipe is okay.

I'm mostly looking for a performance increase, but a little sound wouldn't be a bad thing at all.
