Ready to make the Shock replacement plunge

I have been reading this forum and getting great feedback and information from everyone (as usual)! I am ready to purchase the Rancho 9000's for my 99 D with stock original shocks...I know, I know how could I wait so long, perhaps because I only have 35k miles. :)
Question is, is the best deal 4 shocks for $263.00 counting tax and shipping?
