I love the shocks. They give you quite a bit of flexibility to adjust to fit your circumstances. In the case of a fully loaded D, you could even bump the rears up a level to account for the weight back there. I am currently running 3 all the way around for normal driving. I guess I am more used to a "truck-like" ride. In your situation, I would probably take the rear up to 4.We have a great street for testing shocks since it has those stupid wide speed humps and then makes a circle onto a 45 mph road that is straight but not smooth . We found it real helpful to do a trip around the block on each setting. That way we could do a real comparison.
