Tight's tight, too tight's broke.. I don't have them on hand at the moment, however, if you're going to use the black RTV that Dodge uses let it skin up first then tighten until the bolts get snug. If you end up using a cork/rubber gasket just tighten until you see the gasket start to sqeeze out a little and check for leaks. The real key is tightening in a progressive star/cross pattern don't tighten the bolts in a circle. I.e snug one, move 180 degrees to the next bolt then to the one next to the first bolt etc etc, then make a final pass in the same star/cross pattern.
