Rear Leaf Spring TSB

For the past couple of months I have had this constant high pithced faint squeaking coming from I think the rear under my D at low-mid speeds. Also recently, I have started to hear a clicking when I am at slow speeds. I have taken it in to the dealer twice and first they thought it was the brakes causing it and the second time was just for a lube and they checked it out but found nothing.

The leaf spring TSB sounds pretty much what I am experiencing. I was just wondering if anyone else here has had problems with the leaf springs and if it sounds like the problem I am having. Also, would that be covered under an extended warranty?
