Actually its a J++ applet (check the code of the .class file)

Its still a MS provided JAVA applet from FrontPage 5.0, created with Microsoft Visual J++ Version 1.1, which does not work right on anything other than Internet Explorer. (gee thats a surprise)

But that really does not matter since there are only two links on the page, one to www.durangoclub.com and another to a discussion group with one message posted.

FYI it is running Microsoft-IIS/5.1 on Windows XP....  Everybody has to start someplace.
