Well, I am oficially home from DRMR 2002....

and I miss it!!!! :( It is so beautiful out there and I always hate to leave. I left yesterday morning around 5am and pulled in to my home around 8pm. Not too bad of a drive, but it did seem to take forever. My mileage really shocked me though. From Durango, CO to Albuqurque, NM, I averaged 17.1 mpg. That was the best I saw this whole trip. Then it gradually went down from there. Overall the average was about 16.1. I was very pleased. Anyway, I had a blast as did Jeremy and I can't wait for next year. Hopefully I will be able to make it. A special thanks to MOM for her wonderful dinners and mothering!! And thanks to Lyle for letting us ride with you on a couple of the trails. (I HATE YOU)!! :-) Another special thanks to Sally for making us those wonderful buttons!! I would also like to thank everyone else for making this trip a wonderful and memorable one!-HALO 8
