I recently ordered clear corners and upper and lower Street Scene grill inserts from them.  They delivered all but the upper inserts.  I have made several attempts to get a hold of them, but they will not respond!  There is no phone number or address associated with their site, so I can only e-mail them.  Any suggestions?

In short, I highly reccommend to stay away form these folks as their customer service is the pits.
