Re: I read that DC is assuming the current gas/diesel ratio for the 2500 & 3500 Rams (~65 to 75% will opt for the diesel)...that should leave plenty of HEMIs (345 HP and 365 ft.lb) for 1500 Ram's, D's, and Dak's. EOM

The problem is that the engines are already slated for the heavy duty RAMs. They will ot just on a whim say Oh, we have a few 5.7's left over let's put them in the 2003 D. You can wait for it if you want but you will be wasting your time. The HO may be out by then but that is only a few HP more. If you want the 5.7 you will IMHO have to wait for the 2004 remake of the D.
