Re: Rancho 9000 - Any downside other than price???

Any problem? Two words... customer service. I have the 9000's and love them. Much better ride than stock. Recently I had a monting bolt for the front shock break. As a result the bushing and colar that the bolt goes through were pretty beat up and need to be replaced. So far I've found no local shop, including Rancho dealers, who have these parts in stock. I've been trying to get in touch with Rancho to have them send me the parts but they are very difficult to get in touch with.

So far that's my only complaint with Rancho.
