If you are doing SERIOUS off roading you may want the Rancho's, however if you have a family, and the Mrs drives the ride now and then with the kids going to church on sunday....I recommend going with the Edelbrock Performer IAS shocks, they are FIRM when needed, for moderate off road performance, but...( and this is important ) when you are driving down the highway, your D doesn't ride like a 10 wheeled cement mixer and bounce your teeth out of your gums....Sooooo...its up to you ...I replaced my stocks at 20K and the ride is a tremendous impovement over the stock shocks and handling was greatly improved...plus they have a 30 day send them back guarantee if you don't like the ride....www.edelbrock.com...good luck..
