Of course DJM wants you to spend MORE money than you need to on their kit. Any 2 or three inch blocks will work as long as you get U bolts that are for a 3 1/2 inch axle housing.

NOTE when lowering the front utilizing just torsion bars, you will need to trim the bump stops and you may need shorter front shocks.
On my 98 D 8 turns (counterclockwise) on the torsion bars give you a two inch drop. 10 turns give you three.

In the rear you will need to trim the bump stops.
