Ordered from the CargoLiner site at www.cargoliner.com and it runs $140.00 plus shipping (I can't remember the cost on that but not much). JC Whitney's catalog also has them and for a little cheaper but once you factor in shipping it was 10 or 12 dollars. In this case I wanted to be able to deal with the company for questions and stuff.
