Any of the local spring shops can custom bend a set of U-bolts for you for about $30-50.

I ran 3" blocks for a while and then switched to 2" "wedgie" blocks for the last year and a half without drilling the shock plate or shortening the sway bay links.

You will need to trim the bump stops, get better shocks (Bilstein, Tokico, KYB), and enjoy the ride.
